MDI Networks Ltd are a specialist provider of Computer and Networking Services. Our clients include legal, financial, educational, haulage/distribution, aerospace, manufacturing and healthcare organisations amongst others.

We can assist with all areas of IT including project management of new office setups and relocations, the design of complete business systems and the supply/installation of hardware and software. Maintenance and ongoing support is available on all systems we supply.

Unlike most of our competitors we do not tie our clients into complex support agreements with up front payments.

Our services are charged on a per usage basis, a month in arrears.

We understand that your business runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Therefore we let you access our support desk at any time, from anywhere. All of our customers have access to this facility.

  • Log new requests directly to our helpdesk team.
  • View existing and closed requests.
    • Track time spent resolving the request.
  • Update existing requests.
  • Re-open closed requests.
