MDI offers a 24/7 network monitoring service that can track the status of your servers and other network equipment. This starts from as little as £1 per day.
Our server monitoring tools give you the confidence that your business systems are safe and secure by monitoring parts of the system important to security and alerting us to any issues. This helps you avoid unnecessary downtime by identifying issues before they become a problem.
Customer Access
We have a sophisticated help desk system that records the status and actions for all support calls. Our online support system is accessible at any time over the internet. This enables customers to log on and check the progress of support requests, or log new support requests at any time day of night.
